Spinach and Flax Tortillas.... THE RECIPE !!!

2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp oil
3/4 cup water
1 Tbsp baking powder (optional - for "fluffiness")
1/4 cup milled flax (optional)

-If going to use spinach-
replace the 3/4 cup water with 1/2 cup spinach (canned, drained not dried) and 1/4 cup water


 Mix and make into small flattish balls
  "pat" into a bit of flour to prevent it from sticking to board or pin as you roll out

 roll from center out, the thinner the better. ...as thin as you can get them without them splitting apart


low to med-low heat on one side until air pockets form, then turn over for same amount of time 

Store in your tortilla holder, or small towel... and then EAT !!!

And just think of how fun and easy rolling out these amazing tortillas will be on a new set of cabinets and counter tops !!!
